Honest improvements on the website - You should make it look like less of a 'mail order bride' website. Advertising women as "russian brides" looks rather patronizing to the women and probably deters men looking for a legitimate dating website. Restyling the website to make it appear better designed would be nice to. Your chat function needs to be worked on, and you should move to a vbulletin style forum.
